Tell us what you use a computer for. We work out whether you actually need a new one, choose one that suits you, buy it, set it up the way your old one was, and move everything across. Then we sit with you for the first hour of using it.
People whose machine has got slow, or is old enough that repairs stop making sense, or who’ve been told it can’t run Windows 11. Also people who’ve just bought something and would rather not spend a weekend moving photographs across.
Windows 10 stopped being supported in October 2025. If you haven’t enrolled in Microsoft’s extended security program, that computer is getting no security updates right now, and the program itself ends in October 2027. That’s the situation today, not a deadline we invented. What decides it is whether your machine can run Windows 11: some can, some can’t. Tell us the make and model and we’ll tell you which, at no cost.
Tell us the make, the model and roughly how old it is. The answer is free, and it may well be to keep it.
